• We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in packaging, color, or design may occur.
   
• If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.
   

• We do not accept returns once a product has been opened, used, or installed.
   
• Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo and/or video evidence provided to our support team.
   
• Aquariums & Tanks – any issues must be taken up directly with the manufacturer’s warranty service.
   
• Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
   
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
   

• We accept secure payments via Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit/debit cards.
   
• Payments must be made in full before orders are dispatched.
   

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
   
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from the use of our products. Including leaking aquariums.
   
• Aquariums and related products must be set up and maintained according to manufacturer instructions.
   

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
   
• Once dispatched, the standard returns process applies.
   

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the UNITED KINGDOM.
   
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UNITED KINGDOM.

At Amazon Fish Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully:

• Products that have been opened, used, or installed cannot be returned.
   
• Consumables (e.g., fish food, water treatments) cannot be returned once opened.
   

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
   
• Please provide photos and/or videos of the fault to assist with your claim.
   
• Aquariums and tanks are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and must be handled directly with them.
   

• Refunds are issued only after returned products are received and inspected.
   
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
   
• Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
   

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error was made by us.
   
• We recommend using tracked shipping as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
